Cockney's Inspired by JRE
A Cockney's gastronomic project results in a premium gin composed with some chefs working under JRE. JRE? Those are the Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe. Some of the botanicals used are juniper, coriander, licorice root, orris root, angelica root, sarawak pepper, cubeba pepper, paradise seed, green apple, peach, buddha's hand, lemon thyme, kaffir lime. The earthiness of the classic Cockney's is omitted and an infusion of peach and apple provide a particularly crisp aftertaste.
