Cockney's London Dry is the ultimate rock star in the bar and creates the perfect harmony with a tonic or in cocktails. A well-balanced gin for which we used 9 botanicals such as carob, roman chamomile, pink grapefruit, orange peel, coriander seed, angelica root and quite a bit of juniper. Of the 9 botanicals used, 4 undergo a vapor infusion in our aroma baskets, reclaiming the delicate floral and citrusy notes that are usually lost during distillation.
