This sublime combination of 9 botanicals ensures a very accessible and versatile gin. Consciously traditionally distilled with our distillation column in the manner required by London Dry by law. All fresh botanicals go together in the pot still, after which they are distilled through a 6-plate system. After the column, 4 botanicals are vapor infused using our unique botanical chamber. This restores delicate floral and citrus aromas that are usually lost during boiling in the pot still. After the complete process through the different elements, we only mix with pure mineral water to bring it to drinking strength. The end result is a beautifully balanced, classic London Dry that finds harmony with tonic or in cocktails.
